I leave
from my home arround at 06.45 am and i arrive in campus 7.10 am. I’m a bit late
because very heavy rain from dawn. After arrive in campus in campus, shortly we
entry to kitchen without one line in front kitchen cause rainy. After we save
bag and toolgbag we one line in the kitchen for check a grooming. After that
one person in a group explain about how make what is your practical yesterday. After
that we check a grooming by the supersvisor and given introduction about
practice always stay safe.
After
introduction we start to prepare area, ingredients, and tools. Yesterday... has
determined by Chef Aldino that group
8,9,10 be on duty check-er for today. And after the groups does the state
division i got a job as an Acquire. After i greed with my group, i go to state
check-er. Open resto start at 10.20 am and finish/ close order and resto at
11.30 after close. We cleaning working area, i’m cleaning check-er area and restore item propert to the servis
section. When sone with check-er area, i back to main kitchen and help my friend cleaning wrorking area.
Menu Today
Finish
cleaning working area we briefing with Chef Aldino we discuss about menu
tomorrow, tomorrow is : Indonesian Breakfast, Buffet. Finish briefing we start
prepare ingredients for tomorro, and my group have a “chicken porridge” and for
me i’m prepare Boiled Egg section, after i’m finish prepare boiled egg, i help
my friend with they prepare an, so that faster finish. After all prepare
ingredients finish we showing how to make “fried rice and fried noodles” in
large we go homeba.da maghrib almost isya.
