Cutting board is a durable  board on which the place material for cutting. The kitchen cutting board is comonly used in preparing food, other type exist for cutting raw materials such as leather or plastic. If the classified cutting board is included in the type of "miscellaneous" (just my opini :v)
Cleaning: just wash it with soap water, rinse it, then dry it and keep it in place again J

Measuring jug A wide-mouthed jug, normally of glass, with graduations up the side, for measuring liquids. The classified measuring jug is included in the type of “micellanious"

Ballon whisk is a cooking utensil which can be used to blend ingredients smooth or to incorporate air into a mixture, in a process known as whisking or whipping. The classified for ballon whisk is “pastry & bakery utensil”,
Cleaning : First, soak in hot water, so that the sticking fat more easily released. Next just wash it with soap water, rinse it, then dry it and keep it in place again J
