As usually today i go to campus at 07.25 and i arrived at 08.00, but, when i arrived in kitchen my friend finished check-ing grooming. and they one line on the kitchen. So i save my bag in the locker. i take my small knife, spoon and my pen. I save my toolbag ini the below table working and i join with my friend when one line. I'm lucky today because supervisor Has not started absensi. so, i do not Need to report.
after absensi, every group started continue prepared them. While we waiting chef Dino come. Because preparan for my group finished yesterday, so we just plating today. but, we added prepared garnish like a mushroom, parsley and tomato. After finished with my preparan we have free time before open resto and plating. So we just see other group doing.
Open resto at 12.00 o'clock. So, i have my friend on the checker and i became acquire today. In section checker we have 4 people, like a writing entered order, out order, calculate the shortage, and acquire. Checker section have a little problem that is other group very much come together in the checker, so we not focus and Miss comunication with Runner in the servis section, however quickly resolved after we compare kitchen note with servis note. total dish out on the resto is 32 pcs.
