Today, i go to campus at 07.35 i’m a bit late cause i and my friend stop first to buy basil. And i arrived in campus at. 08.05 while i arrived i see my friends finish check a grooming and they one line in the kitchen. when reporting late we are not in fines because he was already allowed. After we finished explaining about the product and the products of each group to our senior immediately resume the preparation yesterday, but because there is a shortage of material me and my friend went out to buy materials at around 09:20 until 09:40.

After we buy a ingredients we immediately went down the work, materials and began to make a chili sauce, first we bake all ingredients for sauce except lime, after the grilled material we Ulek. While taking care of some of the “sambal” also there is a vegetable care, our preparation is quite fast for today and we are just left waiting for open resto.

Open restaurant around 12:00 hours when orders start appetizer gets a lot of orders at the same time total appetizer spending today is only 29 pcs. Less than yesterday because the guests at the restaurant today are also few. After the close resto we clean each area but not directly GC in because the dessert (biKa Ambon) repeats the making until they succeed. And last time the open dessert restaurant is not released because biKa Ambon they do not so but in the end after the try again and again the dessert succeed. After the dessert is finished we take a break, then there is the MTB children's feeding event after the completion of our GC event. We came home around 18:03.
