This week is his schedule Weeks of practice for our class (MTB 2A) we divided into 4 groups, every group has shared the schedule of her practice, for my group (group 4) get the schedule on Wednesday and get a menu rotation 1.3 where the rotation of the contents is Indonesian food. Before the day of our practice, we have divided the section to be in handle. And i handle pastry section.  I make Bika Ambon from Medan.

Yesterday (the day before praktice) Tuesday 27 March 2018, my group prepared all ingredients we doing everything we can do on that day. First i prepared ingredients for Bika Ambon. i make biang, i mix ingredients from biang are flour, coconut water, Yeast, and salt i mixing until i get a good texture and i proofing until 1 hour. Next i make dough for Bika Ambon and ingredients are, coconut milk, egg, sugar, salt, tapioca flour and blabla la. Finished i mixing ingredients. For dough i pour a biang into dough and i proofing again until one night in the chiller.

Proofing 


Just a story when making Bika Ambon I had 2 times failure. But, Alhamdulillah in experiment 3 succes. And the day Wednesday 28 march 2018, i bake a Bika Ambon ini the oven untill 1 1/2 hour (one and a half hours) and Alhamdulillah i get a good texture. Finished, i and my friend plating Bika Ambon for explain. Finished we plating i and my friend that are in the other section go to restauran for explain about rotasi 1.3 it's Indonesian food. And finish in the resto we go to office for explain again. Finish, i preprared ini the checker section because today i'm acquire.
