Today
I leave at 07.25 and i arrived at 07:59 am until my friends are already prepared
for one line, after our one line inspection in the kitchen while waiting for
chef Dino come, while waiting for the chef comes we have divided the section of
each group from which sections have not been occupied by each group. Today My
group is prepared for pastry and all we make is baked custard tart (pie dough)
and brioche. When chef Dino comes as usual the chef gives directions for
practice today.
Upon
completion our directions are directed by Dino's chef to pick up their
respective knives and are given directions to always sharpen knives at least
twice a day whether used or unused, because if the knife is not used the knife
will not survive sharp but the knife it will instead be dull. After the
direction of the knife we started prepared for each station and our group
prepared in the pastry, while making the pie dough the way we used it was
slightly different from the way we once did.
My
group divide the task back into 3 parts there which is prepared for custard,
pie dough, and I prepared for pie dough after finished with prepare then pie in
half-baked bake first or at least until pie white after pie in lift then put
custard cream into a half-baked pie dough but our pie was leaky so the custard
was spilled so we had to use his double custard. After we finished with the pie
we started GC practice today we quite quickly finished around 14.30 we have
started GC and we went home at around 17:15
