Today is the 3rd day of practice in this week and day 3 also we practice back in cold kitchen. I leave at around 07.15 and arroived at  07.50. as usual our one line at 08.00 for check a  grooming and tool before we were entered to the kitchen. Supervisors who supervise today are only 1 person. After we finished the examination in absent one by one to enter the kitchen, after storing the bag in my locker directly to the cold kitchen for one line, while waiting for another friend I read recipe to check what I will prepare first.

 After all gathered in the cold kitchen every section section explain the extent to which their preparations have been completed. After each section finished explain we started doing, during the process of doing occasionally I asked the supervisor about the use of some materials that I did not understand. Open restaurant around 12:00 and close at 13:00, we immediately start GC in cold kitchen before classmates come to GC massive because tomorrow we will Widya tour to Toraja so Friday we can not GC.
After finished GC in cold kitchen, we wait for study program (Administration of Hospitality) finished open resto. We started a massive GC around 15.00, but our class went into the room first because there was a delivery by chef Dino so friends from grade B and ADH started GC first. Upon completion in the room we were given time to complete the GC until 16.30 so we immediately joined a friend who was GC and helped to finish more quickly. We came home at five-thirty.
