This week is the last for practice ini the semester 2 before final. Today we repeat 2.1 rotation, Chinese food, my group handled appetizer "Chinese spinach and peanuts salad", Before the start doing as usual we provided direction in order to work with neat. Chef Dino also gives the task to make egg dishes every day in this week and display to chef Dino before the hour 3. Today we made is Suny Side Up and Turn over.
We started to prepare, and the first we did was prepare spinach ( spinach ), spinach her pick not cut. Then we prepare nut, for the first we toasted so that the nuts is easy to be separated, then we trying. When finished frying in wrap and stored in chiller, prepared my group finished, and i started made egg dishes. When finished, the first I created is turn over and suny side up, after finished me to chef Dino.

Suny Side Up and Turn over is one of the egg dishes in the cuisine of indonesia suny side up and turn over better known by the name of “telur mata sapi” but to suny side up that she and half of cooked while turn over she cooked entirely.
