Daily final

Assalamualaikum wr. Wb.

Wednesday, May 30, 2018 is the schedule of final practice for a group of 4 and we make Thai food (rotation 2.2) we come to the kitchen at around 08.00 in the morning. At 09.00 we standing one line on the kitchen for the division of the section. Division section alloted random using paper. After that wa are given direction for practice, after that we started thawing ingredients ( meat, chicken, and seafood). Doing (cutting, marinade, fry dkk) started at 13.00.

because we have long time while waiting at. 13.00. We break untill at 12.30, we come back to kitchen and started doing. For final practice this Time i got section main course. To section the main course we consist of 3 people, so we divide the tasks. I can three to make the rice and dressing. The first thing I do is make the rice first, once the rice is till in the stage of steaming . make a dressing. Dressings for the main course and appetizer that is used is a Thai dressing, so we only do one time the make of dressings.

After finished making my dressing. fry the chicken, once the chicken is done all the dishes stored in the insert dish so other friends which is easy to plating. After each of us finished plating we took turns to explain in the office,  finished explain our GC while waiting for iftar, near the time of breaking the fast we break and further GC again after the prayer and meal. We finished the GC at around 19.45 and we one line to go home at around 20.00.
