     Today i go to campus at. 07.10 and arrived at 0740 When until I wait senior incharge to get us one line, the clock 08.00 we started to standing one line for check a tools and grooming. When finished we enter in the kitchen and standing one line again, actually senior incharge was about to hold a review but because there are many prepared that has not been resolved be dicancel review her first because of fear time insufficient ones.We  start doing, and the first we did was prepared octopus as has been in chef Dino showing yesterday.

     When finished with octopus we sent to one line and provided direction to activities these days and also preparan for tomorrow. We were shown a fillet salmon true, and after finished then proceed again directives for another section.
    When finished we in persilahkan to continue the activities of the group I continue membuat sushi rice, after finished memgatur the table to plating, before we were shown chef Dino how to make a variety of sushi, these kinds of sushi that our group for today is: Nigiri, Gunkan, Tamaki, and Hosamaki.







When finished shown us was trying to make it also, a friend from the other groups was also there who come to make because want to know, but because of the most people finally section we so a little garbled, when the open restaurant in started was section we slow serve food. So finally we divide the task, there are made Nigiri, Gunkan, Tamaki, Hosamaki, and plating. I get the task of plating with a friend of mine and deliver food into aquire. In the midst of orderan we ran out of octopus, and finally we replace it with shrimp. When finished we immediately GC because given after time before the hour 3 to be seriously wrong. We go around 17:00.
