As usual i go to campus at 07.15 and arrived at 07.49. at 08.00 we standing one line for check a tools and grooming. After we entry in the kitchen, we while waiting chef Dino come the supervisor reminded us about the regulation of chef Dino "knife should be sharp". So, we are absent one by one and check each knife that we have and that has a knife that is not sharp prompting to get out of the kitchen and sharpen the knife. Once finished with the knife we were told that sir Jaya changing menu. While waiting for the recipe just came our in a review by senior incharge (supervisor).
When chef Dino came we have shared recipe. However, before chef Dino took over our class, sir Ical comes to give direction about your blog and remind us back about the things basic after completion of chef Dino took over the class and divides the reset group. My group get a part of the main course and the menu preparan for tomorrow that is Japanese food. We are given the direction to make the dish each section ranging from appetizers to dessert, my group today prepare sushi, and a full we seleikan today is the Sauce. Teriyaki Sauce and Batayaki.

After completion of preparan our direct GC because we were told by chef Dino that these days all activities must be completed before 3 hours and it includes the activities of the GC. today I helped to clean up a mini library, separating some books that may have not been used, adjust the books in accordance with its type or the year after I finished helping clean the mini library we have a rest, because it turns out the GC finished faster than the target 3 hours we were given a break to eat to the cafeteria about half an hour (14.20-15.00).
