FINAL TEST
Assalamualaikum wr.wb
Thursday: today is festival day, I come to the kitchen
earlier than usual at 5 in the morning, when I come I start to compile the
packaging of the tetu cake and put the brown sugar into each package, after
that the dough is made by my friend and then poured into the packaging after
that then steamed for about 10-15 minutes. After completing the packaging, we
pass the product that we made to the campus hall, because the festival is held
there. The festival starts at 10.00-14.00 WIB.
this post will summarize the activities for 4 days I did
because this post for the final heheheh ...
So this time we made the Food Festival event with the theme
of Celebes Traditional Food, we divided several groups to make a variety of
different dishes. my group made Barongko and Kue Tetu.
Monday: We focus on making packaging for Barongko, cleaning
banana leaves, cutting, cleaning and then printing using traditional barongko
molds that I have brought from home heheh. after that I store the packaging in
the chiller so that the leaves do not wilt.
Tuesday: I started making Barongko around 10:00, initially I
made a little to try the taste and texture, after the taste and texture I felt
right then I made enough for that day. the results will be approximately 70-80
at that time. actually I want to make around 100 but because it was already
afternoon, so me and my friend decided to continue tomorrow.
Wednesday: I continue to make barongko again to meet the
lack of yesterday, the result of barongko is around 110 pcs. after finishing
with barongko I help other group friends whose products have not yet been
finished. Ohiya, for the tetu cake, we only make it tomorrow so it will be
fresher and the cake will not be hard and for the brown sugar we have prepared
it the day before
