My activity
today is to add back to the product what I make yesterday, Quindim, a typical
Brazilian dessert. When I make it back it turned out that yesterday there was
an error, I was wrong in reading the measurements in the recipe so that there
were differences from yesterday's results and today's results.
The results
from what I make yesterday felt denser in terms of texture and the color is not
shiny, while the results of what I make today in terms of texture are softer
and the colors are more shiny (brown, caramel).
And it turns
out I was wrong from the dose of greated coconut that I use.
